Order Online
Ordering online is safe, simple and secure. Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to checkout. The cart will guide you through the steps. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be rare delays and you will be notified by e-mail. You will always receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped.
Payment
Behr Necessities accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks payable to: Behr Necessities Hearth Shoppe, Ltd.; however, we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee of $35.00 for returned checks.
We value quality, that is what we always strive to achieve. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. Please inspect packages carefully upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or boxes to UPS and Behr Necessities within three (3) days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to UPS immediately.
If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within three (3) days of the receipt of your order.
