We are really enjoying our new gas fireplace insert. Thank you for your patient work in helping us select a unit that was right for us. The installers were quick and capable, and Daryn was an excellent teacher, explaining how the controls and the unit worked.
We own a 17 year old Lopi Spirit Gas Stove. The store where we had purchased the stove is no longer in business. We had left voice messages with a Columbus dealer and also the manufacturer, Travis Industries and got no response. Five years ago we were unable to get info from the Columbus dealer, but decided to try again.
The pilot light was still on, but we could not get the stove to ignite. We got your phone number from the internet. I spoke to the lady who answered the phone and explained our problem. We love the stove and just wanted to know if we could still get parts for it. Within an hour, Mike returned our call. He was so helpful and assured us your store could order parts if needed. We told him we had David White Service Inc. Rep here in Lancaster, OH coming Monday, 1/7 to look at it. Their store does not carry the Lopi Brand.
I wanted to let Mike know that the Service Tech was able to fix our stove without us needing any parts at this time. In this day and age of so little customer service, we appreciated Mike taking the time to talk to us. If we ever need parts we will definately contact you.
